    Bring it in

    Walk in during shop hours with anything that needs an edge. Small jobs are usually done while you browse the case.

    We set the edge

    Gio assesses the steel and geometry, then re-profiles and hones by hand to a clean factory edge — no over-grinding, no burnt tips.

  3. 03

    Test & go

    You feel the edge before you pay. Bigger batches, cutlery sets, or repairs? Call or text ahead and we'll schedule it.
